What is Commit to Your Vision ? 

Commit To Your Vision (CTYV) is a fun and productive10 week Group Coaching Program hosted by Ang Barnard and Jen Walter, two professional coaches here to help you build an intentional life and follow through on being the person you want to be and creating the results you desire.

It leverages the power of group accountability and teaches you how to clarify your vision, become more aware of the habits you need and create a specific brain-based plan to follow through on being the person you want to be, complete with productivity and energy management strategies.

The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) did a study on accountability and found that you increase your chances of  completing a goal by 65% if you commit to someone and by 95% if you have a specific appointment with someone you committed to!

We have fun meetings (at specific times) to hold you accountable to your goal(s) so you're 95% more likely to do the dang thing! We're ready to help you bring that dream into reality. How It Works

What to Expect

  • We meet via Zoom for 1.5 hours every other week for 10 consecutive weeks (Thursday's, 7 pm EST)

  • You'll be offered two 45 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with Ang and/or Jen throughout the program 

  • On the weeks we do not meet, you’ll be asked to watch a quick video sent to your inbox and to do some “homework” for YOUR goal(s) due at the next meeting

  • During live meetings, we quickly recap any past work, start off with a quick meditation, have each member share their progress, and take some action together

  • You'll be asked to share your vision and update your progress in a community powerpoint throughout the program (we're really serious about holding you accountable) and will love on you the entire way

  • You're NOT expected to be perfect and there will be weeks life gets crazy (as it does for us all), but you can expect to progress way more than you would on your own 

  • You'll make new friends and we put you in a Voxer group where you're encouraged to share your progress and support one another along the way

  • The in-person retreat details will be shared at the start of the program and will be offered for you to attend following the completion of the program

Commonly Asked Questions

  • Q: How much time will I need to invest in the program?

    • A: We meet for 1.5 hours every other week for 10 consecutive weeks. We have "homework" each week and a video to watch on our off meeting weeks that's usually 5-20 minutes and actions to take. We guess a minimum of 2.5 hours a week and this depends on how much time you want to devote to your progress area.​​

  • Q: What if I miss a meeting?

    • A: No worries, all meetings are recorded and will be placed into a folder you have access to to watch at a time that works best for you. Plus 1:1 calls will help ensure you're on track.​​

  • Q: Can I make payments?

    • A: Yes, there are payment plan options. Ask for what you need to make it work well for you. We want you to succeed.​

  • Q: What if I'm not clear on what I want yet?

    • A: Many come into the program feeling unclear. Don't worry, you get the Clarify Your Vision Course to help you get clear on what you desire as a prerequisite into the program and you have your 1:1 sessions to help in any areas you may feel stuck. ​​

  • Q: Will the program be offered again soon?

    • A: We can't promise it will be offered again soon as we're often changing things and Ang's availability changes due to speaking commitments. What we do know is this will be the lowest pricing as each program round has increased in price due to improvements and demand.

  • Q: How many people are in the program?

    • A: We typically offer a max of 12 spots in addition to Ang and Jen, who also go through the program with you each time. We want to keep the group small enough for each member to get to know each other, receive the support they need and share their progress each week.​

It was so helpful to have dedicated time and specific ways to evaluate my goals and the ways I pursue them. I think the most impactful thing about the program was the time together with like-minded women also on big journeys. The support of the group and hearing what they were doing each week was so motivating! You definitely could just offer this material as a DIY workbook but man, the bi-weekly meetings and Voxer group really make it what it is! Before this program I was just barely treading water. Some ideas of goals in my head, but no real action steps to get there. Throughout the program, I not only was able to focus in and create action steps, but also give myself a break and acknowledge all of the things I was already kicking butt at. It's been amazing to see my vision come to life because of the clarity I gained these past few months.
