WHAT WEB ACCESSIBILITY IS
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

ACCESSIBILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON THIS SITE
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines to make it accessible to the widest possible audience. This site’s contents have been tested with assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard use. Adjustments we have implemented include:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to identify and address potential issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Defined clear heading structures across all pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet contrast requirements

  • Enabled tools to customize the user's experience

DECLARATION OF PARTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD DUE TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some pages may contain content provided by third parties, such as embedded videos or external applications, which may not fully meet accessibility standards. ANG BARNARD does not control these elements but is committed to working with partners to improve accessibility where possible.

Ang Barnard

Keynote Speaker | Career Alignment Coach | Communication Strategist

Angela “Ang” Barnard helps purpose driven professionals become more intentional about how they work, communicate and use their energy so they can enjoy their careers more without losing themselves in the process.

Known for her fun and relatable approach, Ang helps people think differently about their careers, navigate pressure with greater intention and communicate in ways that positively influence what happens next.

Before becoming a coach and speaker, Ang served as a U.S. Army broadcast journalist and was later recruited to help public facing leaders communicate clearly in high pressure situations.

Today, she has coached leaders across the globe at top corporations, healthcare organizations, nonprofits and every branch of the U.S. military. Her work spans career alignment, intentional workplace energy and communication. She has also helped hundreds of TEDx speakers turn meaningful ideas into messages that move people to action.

When she’s not speaking or coaching, you can find her hiking or traveling with her husband and two littles, or writing and performing comedy, even when her cat is the only one in the audience.
